Q: How do I pay for my booking?
A: You can pay by Visa, Master, Amex Card and Debit Card. For promotion rate bookings are required credit card for payment guarantee; you can pay to hotel directly upon arrival, but please kindly recheck booking condition again. For Early Bird promotion, we will make the payment via your credit card within 1 – 2 days after booking receiving.

Q: How many extra beds can I get in one room?
A: Just one extra bed can be added in one room.

Q: Could my children stay in the room without charge?
A: Child under 4 – 11 years sharing bed with parents is free of charge, but breakfast will be charged at THB 150 net/child/day (you can pay on spot), maximum 2 children in one room.

Q: Do you have any special vacation package?
A:  Baan Yuree Resort provides Package for 3 Days 2 Nights and 4 Days 3 Nights, you can check in our promotion page.

Q: Check in & Check out time?
A: Normal check in time: 02.00 pm. And check out time: 12.00 pm. (noon). For early check in is subject to room availability but we will try our best for you. For late check out, you can check with our reception about the availability and special rate. IF you have a plan for late check out, you may book one night.

Q: Are babysitting service available?
A: We provide baby sitting to guest, it is on request.

Q: How about is Spa at Baan Yuree Resort?
A: Our spa is now available various kind of massages , aromatherapy , facial , pedicure , medicure and body scrub. Please see the tour desk to book.

Q: Do you have any tour service or car rental service?
A: We have our tour counter service to provide tour information for guest.

Q : How can I go to Baan Yuree Resort from Phuket International Airport?
A : We provide Airport - Hotel transfer service for guest. Private car is THB 800 net/way/car, maximum 3 persons. Private van is THB 1,200 net/way/car maximum 8 persons. You can reserve our transfer service with accommodation via our online reservation system. Besides, you can catch the car at airport by yourself.

Q: Why is the rate on 24 Dec & 31 Dec higher than other date?
A: The rate on 24 Dec & 31 Dec is inclusive of compulsory Gala Dinner for X'Mas's Eve & New Year's Eve.
